You will receive email/WhatsApp confirmations and reminders after you successfully schedule a session. I invite new students to begin with the free trial, either online or in-person. This first meeting helps me evaluate your child’s current level.After the trial, you can book regular sessions at your convenience.
ESSENTIAL SESSION PREPARATION FOR PARENTS

Before each Zoom session, please provide your child with the following:

A calm, quiet space with as few distractions as possible.

A computer, Chromebook, or tablet with a working camera and microphone.

A stable internet connection.

Supplies such as pencils, pens, erasers, notebooks, and journals.

Join the Zoom session a few minutes early.

When you join, please enter your child's name and grade.

Once you enter, you will be put into a waiting room where you will be invited in.
- For In-person sessions:
- An adult parent/guardian must stay present throughout the entire instructional time.
- Have current homework ready for review.
- Please provide a quiet table, writing tools, and a note pad.
Free Trial Online Tutoring Session – 60 Minutes. Get started with Horizon Outreach via Zoom. We will discuss your child's progress and learning style as well as solve practice equations together in this initial consultation.

Follow-Up Online Tutoring Session – 60 Minutes. Continuing with strengthening core concepts, assisting with weekly schoolwork, and informally
assessing and reteaching.
Free Trial In-Person Tutoring Session – 60 Minutes. Meeting at your preferred residence. Similar to online sessions, we will assess your child's math proficiency and outline a custom strategy for their academic improvement.
Follow-Up In-Person Tutoring Session – 60 Minutes. We continue with one-on-one instruction, assess different strategies, reteach concepts, practice evaluations, and foster overall math self-esteem.
